Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if item is undamaged and in original, unopened, shrink wrap packaging.

Return of Hard Copy Textbooks, Lab Kits or Software:

The return or exchange of Textbook, Lab Kit or Software must include a copy of your packing slip and the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for return or exchange
