Academic Explorer (AeX) is an open environment available for use by all military services. AeX provides military service members, their families, and other eligible civilians within the Military Community, as well as Education Services Officers, Academic Counselors, and support staff within the military education community with a powerful web-based tool for identifying and exploring comprehensive information on regionally and nationally accredited post-secondary education institutions.

Allied American University offers AU-ABC approved degree programs through an educational partnership with the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF).
AU-ABC is the Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative Program. It is an initiative between the Air Force and civilian higher education institutions to offer baccalaureate degree opportunities to every enlisted Air Force member. The program directs Airmen with associate in applied science degrees to accredited "military-friendly" colleges or universities so they can transfer CCAF credits and earn a four-year degree.
Students access a list of approved AU-ABC schools and programs via the Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC). On AFVEC, students review the partnering institution's degree plan and AU-ABC web page information and select the program of interest. They then work directly with the institution to complete enrollment and degree requirements.
Allied American University is a participating ConAP college who works in partnership with the Army Recruiting Command to aide in the enrollment of active duty and veteran soldiers.
The Concurrent Admissions Program (ConAP) is a partnership between the Army Recruiting Command and more than 1,800 participating colleges. Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges assists with implementation and management, and serves as liaison between Army recruiters, ConAP colleges, Army education centers and the higher education community. ConAP goals are to increase enlistment of college-capable active-duty and reserve soldiers, increase the number of Army soldiers, veterans and reservists enrolled in college, and increase use of Montgomery GI Bill education benefits.

GoArmyEd, part of the Army Continuing Education System (ACES), serves as a virtual gateway for soldiers on active duty to request Tuition Assistance (TA) for distance education programs. It enables soldiers to manage their college education and TA benefits from a dynamic online location.

Allied American University is a recognized SOC Consortium Member. SOC is a consortium of more than 1,800 colleges and universities that support the higher education needs of today's military service members. As these service members are transferred or deployed, they often experience difficulty completing their degree program through traditional means – SOC strives to put education within reach by working with civilian and military educators to provide college-level education opportunities worldwide.
The SOC association of schools has agreed to work together to make it easier to enroll in college programs by simplifying credit transfers and reducing residency requirements.
SOC is co-sponsored by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), in cooperation with 13 other educational associations, the Military Services, the National Guard, and the Coast Guard.
