A Helping Hand...

Personalized student support is an essential part of Allied American University. We want you to have the resources you need throughout your academic career - with a team of professionals by your side. Whether you are deployed overseas or working full time, you can still get the one-on-one support and guidance you need. Phone and e-mail support is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (PST).

At Every Stage...

Need help with admissions?

The Admissions Department is available to assist you with any questions you have before you become an AAU student. They can evaluate your prior coursework and previous training for transfer credit within three days; help you determine the best payment options; get you started with your degree program; and more - it's all complimentary.

Require assistance with your courses?

AAU's Program Success Advocates (PSA) are here to assist and guide you through your courses while providing support as you achieve your scholastic goals. Your PSA will be contacting you once a week to help you keep on track and provide motivation as you progress.

You can e-mail, send a fax or place a phone call to get the help you need. Faculty instructors are also available to address any of your course questions as well as provide additional support. With help from your Program Success Advocate (PSA) and support from your instructor you will stay on track and successfully complete your university education on time.

AAU is committed to the success of its students! The Academic Resource Center ("ARC") was designed to help our students achieve their academic and career goals. The ARC offers a variety of online resources to help students succeed, including: video tutorials, links to appropriate APA formatting, and Department Seminars. The Department Seminars function as virtual office hours where tutoring assistance and one-on-one and/or group instruction from a Professor are available to all AAU students. An Allied student can request assistance in any subject matter that is not currently being offered in a Department Seminar. A list of Department Seminar times can be found in iBoard, or contact your Program Success Advocate for more information.

Have a technical question?

The Student Affairs Department is available if you need help logging into your course, have password questions, want to get started, and more. You will receive prompt assistance from a dedicated team member, every step of the way.

When You Need It...

As an AAU student, you can take control of your education with a learning process that focuses on YOU. The quick response time and availability of our team members allow you to focus on what's most important - getting your degree.
