Transcript Evaluation

Follow these easy steps and get results within 48 hours!

Send AAU copies of your transcripts

AAU will review unofficial transcripts for initial evaluation, but it is required that all official transcripts are submitted by the end of your first semester in order for credits to be officially applied to your Degree Program.

Fax your transcripts to (949) 707-5769. Be sure to include a cover sheet
with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Contact phone number
  • Number of transcripts being sent
  • Total number of pages

AAU will accept credits earned from:

  • Previous College Credit - Contact your former college and request copies of your transcripts.

AAU will consider accepting credits earned from:

  • PEP - ACT Proficiency Examination Program
  • AP - College Board's Advanced Placement Program
  • CLEP - College-Level Examination Program
  • DSST - Subject Standardized Testing from Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES)
  • Industry and Military Certifications

AAU Will Do the Rest - Receive Results Within 48 Hours!

AAU's Registrar's Office will carefully evaluate your transcripts to determine credits that may be applied toward your degree plan.

Within 48 hours of receipt of all of your transcripts and military courses, you will receive your personalized degree plan. You will receive all of the details of your program, including the courses you need to take and the start dates of those classes.

Please note: This evaluation is considered an unofficial evaluation and credits will not be considered as officially applied to your record until official transcripts are received by the institution.

Notice Concerning Transferability of Credits and Credentials Earned at Allied American University

The transferability of credits earned at Allied American University to other institutions is at the discretion of the accepting institution. Acceptance of the degree earned at AAU is also at the discretion of the accepting institution. If the credits or degree earned at AAU are not accepted by another institution a student may want to attend, that student may be required to repeat some or all of their coursework at that institution. For this reason it is encouraged that students should conduct independent research to make certain that attendance at this institution will meet their educational goals.
