Criminal Justice Bachelor's Degree Program Objectives

This program prepares you for criminal justice positions in business, industry and nonprofit organizations. The program provides the foundational background for students seeking to acquire a high-level of knowledge from a broad base of criminal justice concepts and skills to create solutions to contemporary problems in criminal justice. Students will acquire the critical and current knowledge and skills needed to integrate administration, laws, procedures of investigation and evidence and organizational law enforcement management.

• Differentiate the roles and tasks of criminal justice leaders and professionals in various criminal justice organizations

• Identify and analyze legal and/or ethical issues that arise in criminal justice practices and institutions
• Demonstrate effective written communication skills in a criminal justice environment
