Mr. George Ackerman
Mr. Ackerman's has a BA in Criminal Justice, an MS in Criminal Justice, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a JD from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice at Capella University.
Mr. Ackerman has expertise in several specialties, including Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, Paralegal Procedures, Sports Law, Public Speaking, Interrogation, and Business Management. Mr. Ackerman has worked for the State Attorney's Office and for Corporate Law firms. Mr. Ackerman serves as an auxiliary member of the United States Coast Guard, as a Police Academy squad leader, and as a police officer.
Mr. Farooq Afzal
Mr. Afzal has a BS in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, an MS in Information Technology (network architecture and design) from Capella University, and is pursuing his PhD in Information Technology at Capella University.
Mr. Afzal brings over 13 years of Telecom Engineering industry experience and experience to instructing computer networking. Since 2004, Mr. Afzal has been certified as a Cisco Network Associate. He has been involved in the design, configuration, and integration of cellular phone networks running on AMPS, GSM, iDEN and CDMA standards.
Dr. Douglas Bailer
Dr. Bailer holds an MA and a PhD both in Mathematics and from the University of Alabama. Additionally, Dr. Bailer received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from TUI. He has a broad base of professional and academic experience that demonstrates a commitment to teaching and learning.
With over 19 years of experience, Dr. Bailer has focused on both mathematics and general science. His primary work experience has been as a high school mathematics and science teacher. Dr. Bailer has five years of experience teaching undergraduate level statistics and business statistics. He has three years of experience as an instructor at the master's level.
Dr. Dave Balch
Dr. Balch holds a BS in Police Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a PhD in Human Behavior and Leadership from Alliant International University. Additionally, Dr. Balch has a California Community College Supervisory Credential and a California Community College Teaching Credential.
Dr. Balch began teaching first in the military as the training sergeant in a reserve military police command. After joining the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, one of his duties was as an adjunct trainer at the Training Academy. While pursuing his education, Dr. Balch was offered a part-time teaching position at Rio Hondo College in the Training Academy. Dr. Balch has taught at several colleges and universities.
Mr. Nick Barbella
Mr. Barbella holds an AS in Criminal Justice from Brookdale Community College, a BS in Human Resources from Thomas Edison State College, and a Masters of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Northcentral University.
Mr. Barbella has over 33 years of law enforcement experience. He has also been a training officer for over 10 years and has held teaching positions with Gibbs College in New Jersey. Currently, Mr. Barbella serves as a lieutenant in a municipal police department in New Jersey.
Mr. Michael Bartulis
Mr. Bartulis received his BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Rochester. He has also received his MS in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton. He is currently pursing his PhD in Education/Educational Technology from Walden University.
Mr. Bartulis began his career as a technician trainee at General Dynamics / Electronics Division in Rochester, New York where he learned how to design and troubleshoot electronic equipment. He then began a 20-year career with Xerox Corporation, during which he designed hardware and software for laser printing systems, network systems, and office automation software. Mr. Bartulis is presently employed with AT&T as Manager of eLearning QA and is teaching at Saddleback College, Palomar College, and at Mt. San Antonio College.
Ms. Mary Beth Boyer
Ms. Boyer holds a BA in Philosophy from California State University, Long Beach and a MAEd in Cross-Cultural Teaching from National University. Ms. Boyer has earned her California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser designation and California Real Estate Sales License. Ms. Boyer currently holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential and a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
Ms. Boyer's experience spans over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. Her career encompasses the originating, structuring, closing, and servicing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions throughout North America. Ms. Boyer served as a Director for the North America Lending division of GE Capital Real Estate, where she originated over $500 million in commercial mortgage-backed securities. Prior experience at GE included leading process improvement initiatives, such as a Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms. Boyer was a designated underwriter for CharterMac.
Dr. Saundra Braxton
Dr. Braxton holds a BA in Organization Development, an MA in Organization Management from Spring Arbor University, and a PhD in Organization Management from Capella University.
Dr. Braxton worked for General Motors Corporation and has over 30 years of experience in program support, online instruction, mass analysis, ISO auditing, as a lab technician, and as a customer service analyst. Dr. Braxton currently teaches at Colorado Technical University and Siena Heights University.
Ms. Cheryl Buckingham
Ms. Buckingham has a BS in Biology from the University of Mary Washington, an MBA from Strayer University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Project and Organization Management from Capella University. She has a Project Manager Certification (Master Project Manager) from the American Academy of Project Management.
For the past seven years, Ms. Buckingham has been employed as a project analyst. In addition to project management, she is the acting Deputy Quality Coordinator who is responsible for facilitating work team meetings and training and supervising laboratory technicians.
Mr. Dametrius Byno
Mr. Byno earned his AA in General Studies from Florida Community College, a BS in Workforce Education and Development with a specialization in Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois, and an MS in Psychology and is pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Educational Psychology from Capella University. He has also earned the United States Department of Labor Journeyman's Certification for Correction Officer and achieved the Naval Corrections Academy Diploma for Correctional Specialist.
Mr. Byno has more than 11 years of managing, supervising, training, and teaching experience with the United States Navy. During his tenure with the United States Navy, He has designed, developed, taught, and proctored various college courses online with Limestone College, Colorado State University-Global Campus, and Western Governors University. Mr. Byno has over eight years of teaching and training experience, including service as Director of Section Correctional Training in the United States Navy, in addition to adjunct teaching and proctoring services for a variety of academic institutions.
Mr. Phil Bystry
Mr. Bystry has an AA from Fullerton College, a BA in sociology from California State University, Long Beach, and MS in Science Management from Pacific Christian College and Western State University Law School. Mr. Bystry holds a State of California real estate broker's license.
For the past 15 years, Mr. Bystry has been teaching college level courses. He has taught Real Estate and Corporate Finance courses at California State University, Fullerton. He is currently teaching at El Camino College and in the North Orange County Community College District. Mr. Bystry is involved in real estate finance and is the Director of Outreach-Marketing for the Clearinghouse CDFI. Over the last 11 years, he has conducted marketing activities including educational workshops for first-time home buyers.
Ms. Iris Chao
Ms. Chao holds a BA in English/Education from the University of California, Davis, a MA in English from California State University, Fullerton. She is currently in the process of earning her MS in Special Education at National University.
Ms. Chao has been teaching English for over 16 years. Ms. Chao currently teaches for University of Phoenix Online, Saddleback College and Cerritos College. Previously, she taught at Art Institute of California, Chaffey College, Mt. San Antonio College and Canyon Hills School.
Ms. Theresa L. Cruz
Ms. Cruz holds a BA in Psychology from Excelsior College, an MA in Human Behaviors from Liberty University, and an MS in Criminal Justice from Capella University. Ms. Cruz is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Capella University.
Ms. Cruz has taught at University of Phoenix, St. Leo University, Columbia College, Ashford University, and Florida Metropolitan University. Ms. Cruz has served as a forensic competency specialist, a senior forensic case manager, and a community case manager for the Mental Health Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Currently, Ms. Cruz conducts psychological evaluations on mentally ill defendants.
Dr. Theon Danet
Dr. Danet holds a Certificate in Programming from Computer Learning Center, a BS in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Danet has served as an Information Technology instructor and Webmaster at the Military Traffic Management Command on Fort Eustis. For the past seven years, Dr. Danet has been employed with NASA Langley Research Center and is responsible for various projects.
Mr. Brian Danigole
Mr. Danigole received a BS and an MS in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix and is a certified field and narcotics training officer. Mr. Danigole has been a law enforcement practitioner for 15 years and has served in many different areas within the criminal justice field.
Mr. Danigole has served as a correctional officer, a canine handler, a criminal patrol officer, a detective in property crimes, crimes against persons, economic crimes, street level narcotics enforcement, and investigative narcotics enforcement.
Ms. Jenelle Davis-Chapman
Ms. Davis-Chapman holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and an MS in Computer Science from the George Washington University with a concentration in Computer Security & Information Assurance. She is currently pursuing her MS in Project Management from the George Washington University.
Ms. Davis-Chapman is an experienced IT consultant. She currently works with VeriSign, Inc. as a senior consultant, and previously worked for Cingular Wireless, Corsec Security, Georgia Technology Authority, and Georgia State University.
Ms. Denise DeShields
Ms. DeShields holds a BS in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Rosemont College, and is currently working toward a PhD in Human Services from Capella University.
Ms. DeShields is a higher education administrator who specializes in diversity and service learning initiatives. She is a member of the American Society of Criminology and Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
Ms. Karen Everitt
Ms. Everitt has a BS in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University, an M. Ed, Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Wesleyan University, and an MS in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland. She also has earned Teacher Licensure in Secondary Composite Science from the University of Nevada.
Ms. Everitt is an environmental specialist has been practicing in the field of science for almost 28 years. She currently works for the Department of Aviation at Dallas Love Field Airport. She has served as a senior geologist/hydrogeologist designing and implementing de-watering systems and carried out various other responsibilities. Ms. Everitt has taught six different science subjects within the secondary education system.
Mr. Hossein Farmanesh
Mr. Farmanesh holds an AA Degree in Computer Information Systems from Control Data Institute, MS in Chemical Engineering from Tehran University and an MS in Mathematical Modeling and Computer Simulation from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Mr. Farmanesh is a skilled systems analyst with over 20 years of experience in analytical, numerical, and automation solutions in both the scientific and business fields. He currently works at Wells Fargo Foothill in system and database architecture. He has worked at several large organizations that include Wells Fargo Foothill, Bank of America, Jet Propulsion Lab, and Avery Label International.
Ms. Nikki Follis
Ms. Follis has earned her BS in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University and her MBA, E-Commerce from Baker College. She is currently pursuing a DBA in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.
Ms. Follis has spent the past six years working as an independent contractor instructing various business-related courses for various online educational institutions. Over the past decade, she has worked as a Human Resource Manager, Operations Controls Manager, and a Technical Analyst.
Mr. Ted Framan
Mr. Framan holds a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Texas.
Mr. Framan has held a variety of positions in the field of marketing, such as the Marketing Director at Sony Pictures in Los Angeles. Mr. Framan has also held the position of Senior Account Manager in Minneapolis for the Kellogg's Corporation and has worked as a Financial Analyst for Sony Pictures. He has been teaching online since 2002.
Mr. Paul Frankenhauser
Mr. Frankenhauser earned a BS in Physical Education from Temple University, an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and is pursuing a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University.
Mr. Frankhenhauser has been in law enforcement for the past 13 years. Currently, he serves as a police officer for the City of Margate Police Department. Dr. Frankenhauser has held teaching positions for Broward County Community College, University of Phoenix, Axia College of Western International University, and the Margate Police Department.
Ms. Marla Cooper-Friedler
Ms. Cooper-Friedler holds a BA in Communications and a MA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
Ms. Cooper-Friedler has over 20 years of vocational experience that has been focused on film production. She worked as a producer for ad agencies and production companies and has produced commercials for some of the world's top agencies and clients. Currently, Ms. Friedler teaches in the Communications field while continuing her career as a film producer.
Captain Stephen Gillespie
Captain Gillespie holds a BA in History from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Criminal Justice (MCJ) from Boston University.
Captain Gillespie has been a hands-on practitioner in the field of corrections for 19 years with the Virginia Department of Corrections. He is currently a Captain/Training and Development Coordinator, Sr. at the Academy for Staff Development where he is part of the training cadre for Basic Correctional Officers for the Virginia Department of Corrections. Captain Gillespie also teaches for Ashford University.
Mr. Timothy P. Kenny
Mr. Kenny has earned a BA in History from the University of Southern Maine, an MBA in Accounting from Western New England College, and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Regis University, and is currently pursing his PhD in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.
Mr. Kenny is president of Bayside Consulting, Inc. and serves as adjunct online faculty at Saint Leo University. Previously, Mr. Kenny served as president and CEO of Essaytech. com, as chief financial officer of VDI Technologies, Inc. and Affiliates, and was managing partner and co-founder of Cornwell & Kenny, PC.
Mr. Mohamad Khatibloo
Mr. Khatibloo holds a BS in Legal Studies/Political Science/US History and an MS in Criminal Justice from Chapman University.
Mr. Khatibloo's experience spans over 20 years in security, insurance, and operations management. He currently serves as vice president of operations for ASTIS Private Investigations. Previously, Mr. Khatibloo served as project implementation manager for NWP Services Corporation. Mr. Khatibloo co-created a clinical program that aligned with Los Angeles government agencies, insurance, law firms, U. S. military, and others to facilitate job placement for college students. He is the co-creator of “Cross Training American Muslim Communities & Law Enforcement†seminars. He also serves as a member of the LAPD Chief's roundtable on Muslim Affairs. Mr. Khatibloo is the co-founder and executive director of the Southern California Institute of Peace and Justice.
Dr. Steven Klein
Dr. Klein has BA in Philosophy from Yale University, a MA in Philosophy, a PhD in Anthropology, a PhD in Philosophy, and a JD from University of North Carolina.
Steven Klein is a practicing trial attorney with 19 years of legal experience in a broad range of civil, criminal, medical malpractice, and intellectual property cases. Dr. Klein has taught at Duke University, Johnson C. Smith University, and North Carolina Wesleyan College. Dr. Klein possesses a real estate broker's license in the state of California and recently completed an LLM degree in Trial Advocacy at the Beasley School of Law of Temple University.
Dr. Tina Lamb
Dr. Lamb has earned a BBA/Human Resource Management from Marian College, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University.
Dr. Lamb is currently vice president of academic affairs for Marco Polo International University. She has instructed at Brown Mackie College. Dr. Lamb has over 25 years of experience in the business world and is currently the president of a Global Motives, LLC.
Ms. Barbara Lennard
Ms. Lennard holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston and an MS in Information Technology, Project Management, and Leadership from Capella University. She is currently in the process of completing a PhD in Organization and Management at Capella University.
She has 10 years of experience in information technology, project management, and leadership that she gained within oil and gas and chemical companies in Texas. Ms. Lennard currently teaches at University of Phoenix, and the Fort Bend Independent School District.
Dr. Sally Lozada
Dr. Lozada's has earned a BS in English and a MA in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. She earned her PhD in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University
Dr. Lozada currently serves as assistant provost for Hocking college. She has served administratively within student affairs as well as with academic affairs. Within the past five years, Dr. Lozada has returned to the classroom as an adjunct Communications and English instructor.
Dr. Prakash Menon
Dr. Menon has earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in Roukela India, an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama, an MS in Environmental Management from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, and a PhD in Organizational Management and Leadership from Capella University.
Dr. Menon has over 20 years of experience with diverse supply chains, business systems and processes, technical engineering coupled with graduate engineering, and business education. He is experienced in business process re-engineering and managing operation and organizational change using Six Sigma techniques. Dr. Menon spent five years of his career in operations management in the petroleum industry on offshore oil drilling rigs.
Dr. Morteza Mousavi
Dr. Mousavi has earned a BS in Geology and Chemistry, an MS in Geology, and a PhD in Geology from St. Xavier's College, University of Bombay.
Dr. Mousavi has worked as a research scientist who studied the Deccan flood basalts, and coastal water contamination and hydrocarbon pollution studies along the western coasts of India. He has served as the Director of Science at Huron International University, Tokyo and taught at Lakeland International College and Human International University in Japan. Currently, Dr. Mousavi is an instructor at Christ the King Cathedral School in Lubbock, Texas.
Dr. Kristina Nelson
Dr. Nelson holds a BA in English Literature and a MA in English Composition and Literature from California State University, San Bernardino, an MA in History from American Public University, an MS in Psychology from California Coast University, and a EdD in Educational Technology from Northcentral University. She also has a certificate in Technical Writing from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Certificate in Online Teaching from University of Phoenix.
Currently, Dr. Nelson is an adjunct faculty for California State University, Dominguez Hills, Kaplan College Online, Cal Campus, Keiser College Online, Art Institute Online, Riverside Community College, Barstow Community College, and Westwood College Online. Previously, Dr. Nelson worked for DeVry University, Ivy Tech College Online, Queen of Angels School, Lincoln School, and Corona High School.
Mr. Gerardo Nogales
Mr. Nogales received a BS in Biology from Cal State University, Fullerton and an MA in Educational Administration from National University.
Mr. Nogales has over two years of experience in various higher education settings, including online education. His focus in online education is to assist working adults and help them succeed through these educational alternatives. For the past ten years, Mr. Nogales has worked as a public school science teacher.
Dr. John Obradovich
Dr. Obradovich earned a BA in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Michigan State University, an MBA with a focus in strategic leadership from Amberton University, and a PhD in Organization and Management at Capella University.
Dr. Obradovich has over 17 years of diverse professional experience in positions that includes senior operational accountant, corporate controller, director of finance, application development manager, and business consultant. Dr. Obradovich has taught at Ferris State University and through his consulting practice. He is a U. S. Army veteran and owes the beginning of his collegiate academic pursuits to his service to the U. S.
Dr. Theodore Okendu
Dr. Okendu holds Advanced Business English and Communications Diploma from Business Training Limited, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Masters of Legal Studies (Labor Law and Industrial Relations) from Lagos State University, a MBA (Management) from University of Ado-Ekiti, and a PhD in Organization and Management with a concentration in Strategic Leadership/Change Management from Capella University.
Dr. Okendu offers a truly global blend of academic training and professional experience that spans over 28 years. Currently, Dr. Okendu serves as the V. P. of Sustainable Development USA, Africa, and Asia at Earth-Solar Technologies Corporation where he oversees the organization's projects related to Africa and Asia. Dr. Okendu serves as a faculty member in Business/Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, and Employment Law at Concordia University and as an online business faculty member at Baker College in Michigan.
Mr. Eric Peltzer
Mr. Peltzer has a BS in Physics and a BS in Applied Math from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and an MPA in Economics, Policy, and International Energy Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Mr. Peltzer has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of professional activities that demonstrates his commitment to mentoring and guiding individuals and businesses toward the achievement of their personal and professional goals in engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, business and business strategy development in technology and for non-profit organizations, economic policy analysis in energy markets, and the development of strategies for renewable energy businesses.
Mr. John Pi
Mr. Pi holds an AA in Computer Science from Orange Coast College, a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Industrial/Organization Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Pi currently serves as chief executive officer of Vista Guidance Centers. He has worked for Sage College, CareMore Medical, Visiting Nurse Association, Palmer Busilding Systems, Hospital Services Laboratory, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Long Beach. Mr. Pi is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Dr. Laura Pogue
Dr. Pogue holds a BBA (Marketing and Finance), an MBA (Strategic Management) from University of Michigan and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix.
Dr. Pogue serves as faculty for Keiser University, Grand Canyon University, and Drury University. She currently services as founder, president and chief executive officer for Complete Consulting, Inc. Previously, she has worked for American Financial Consulting Group, Inc. , and General Motors Corporation. Dr. Pogue is also an instrument-rated private and licensed commercial instrument pilot.
Ms. Donna Riccobono
Ms. Riccobono holds a BA in Mathematics, Accounting, and a Single Subject Credential from California State University, Long Beach. She also holds an MBA in Accounting/Taxation from the University of Phoenix. She has taken CPA review courses and continues to attend professional and leadership training seminars.
Ms. Riccobono has over 15 years experience in accounting, financial consulting accounting, tax-related services, and other financial services. Ms. Riccobono has been a corporate officer and consultant for private and public businesses, tax associate, teacher, and an assistant director at Business Career College.
Mr. Daniel Richardson
Mr. Richardson holds an AS in Networking Services Technology from Brevard Community College, a BS in Networking Technology and an MS in Network Architecture and Design from Capella University. Mr. Richardson has also completed the CCNA® and CCNP® certifications from Cisco Systems, Inc. , the CIW program, and the Security+ and iNet+ certifications from CompTIA®.
Mr. Richardson is currently working on a Digital Forensics MS at the University of Central Florida. He serves as adjunct faculty for Kaplan, DeVry University Online, and Brevard Community College teaching computer information sciences courses. Mr. Richardson has worked as a Network Engineer for the Harris Corporation.
Dr. Samuel Sami
Dr. Sami holds a BS and MS in Engineering from University of Montreal. Dr. Sami earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Montreal.
Dr. Sami is president and CTO of TransPacific Energy, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor at San Diego State University and lectures in his area of expertise. Dr. Sami has taught courses in the fields of thermodynamics, energy conversion, auditing and management, HVAC&R, thermal systems analysis, solar energy and alternative energy sources, and computer modelling, simulation of energy systems and fault detection, and diagnostic expert systems.
Dr. Khallid Shabazz
Dr. Shabazz holds a BA in Biology/Human Performance from Jarvis College, a MA and PhD in Educational Leadership from TUI University.
Dr. Shabazz is a Major in the United States Army, serving as Chaplain, and has over 17 years of experience in adult education.
Ms. Rhonda Shabazz
Ms. Shabazz received a BA in Psychology and Education from Marymount University and an MA in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
With over 10 years of experience, Rhonda has focused primarily on the adult learner in military communities. She has worked for the Department of the Army as a Training and Curriculum Specialist, Supplemental Program Services Director, and a Army Family Teambuilding Program Manager. She is a Master Trainer for instructors and facilitators.
Mr. Ketan (Kenny) Shah
Mr. Shah has a BA in Mathematics and an MA in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton.
Mr. Shah has over seven years of teaching experience in the field of mathematics and is an active adjunct faculty member at California State University, Fullerton, Fullerton Community College, Cypress Community College, and Allied National High School.
Dr. Lisa Smart
Dr. Smart of has earned a BS in Management from Valdosta State University, an MBA from Troy State University, and a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University.
Dr. Smart has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing environment. Her experience stems from training employees, work flow improvement, and implementing business strategies to enhance quality improvement. As the owner and operator of Smart Tax Service, Dr. Smart has entrepreneurial experience in developing and marketing business techniques that improve and retain clientele and increase proficiency. Dr. Smart is Customer Service Certified and has served as an adjunct faculty member for Bainbridge College.
Mr. Brian C. Steinberg
Mr. Steinberg has received a BS in Earth Science/Geology from Central Michigan University and an MA in Post Secondary Education: Student Affairs from The University of Northern Iowa. He is currently finishing a PhD in the Leadership in Higher Education at Capella University. Mr. Steinberg also received a Diversity Graduate Certificate from Capella University.
Mr. Steinberg serves as adjunct faculty for ITT Technical Institute, Axia College of the University of Phoenix. Currently, he is president of The Ally Group, a diversity and multicultural education training and consulting firm.
Ms. Diane Sykes
Ms. Sykes has earned a BS in Organizational Management from Covenant College and an MBA in Marketing from Capella University. Ms. Sykes has also earned a number of financial and professional designations that include the Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65), Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), and Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP).
Ms. Sykes has over 30 years of professional experience and academic training. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong background in wealth management and financial planning.
Dr. Barbara-Leigh Tonelli
Dr. Tonelli received a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a PhD in Business Organization and Management from Capella University.
Dr. Tonelli teaches online for Kaplan University and Coastline Community College. Dr. Tonelli has been a guest speaker and presented at the University of California, Irvine, Capella University, the State of California's State Legislature, California State University, Fullerton, California State University, Long Beach, and Goldenwest College. She is the Vice President of Orange County Leasing Division at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide.
Mr. Tom Westover
Mr. Westover holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Westover has over 18 years of experience in adult education. For the past 15 years, Mr. Westover has served as President of Commuter Training Institute. The firm assists other firms in implementing, improving, or terminating telecommuting programs. Prior to Commuter Training Institute, Mr. Westover's corporate experience included the Ford Motor Company, Pioneer Electronics of America, and Kenwood Electronics of America.
