Personalized student support is an essential part of Allied American University. We want you to have the resources you need throughout your academic career – with a team of professionals by your side. Whether you are deployed overseas or working full time, you can still get the one-on-one support and guidance you need. Phone and email support is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (PST).

At Every Stage…

Need help with admissions?

The Admissions Department is available to assist you with any questions you have before you become an AAU student. They can evaluate your prior coursework and previous training for transfer credit within three days; help you determine the best payment options; get you started with your degree program; and more – it's all complimentary.

Require assistance with your courses?

AAU's academic progress advisors will assist you with questions about your course. You can email, send a fax or place a phone call to get the help you need. Faculty instructors will also call you to provide additional support and motivation. With help from your academic progress advisor, you will stay on track and complete your university education on time.

Have a technical question?

The Student Affairs Department is available if you need help logging into your course, have password questions, want to get started, and more. You will receive prompt assistance from a dedicated team member, every step of the way.
